Slice or break into smaller pieces of half root, then take the slices two times per day.
Alternatively, heat the water with the roots and drink the boiled water.
Put 50-60grams of red ginseng root (approximately 4-5 pieces from 30 Ji Grade and 3 pieces from 20 Ji product) together with 1000ml of water, three jujubes and 3 grams of ginger into boiling pots then boil until water reduces to 350ml.
Consume 80-100cc of the boiled water three times a day, before the meal. For children under 15, take half of the adult’s dosage.
